The beliefs most commonly held among Baptists are recorded in a confessional statement titled The Baptist Faith and Message (BF & M). Originally adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention in 1925, it was later revised in 1963 and more recently in 2000.
We readily accept the 2000 statement, as we believe it sums up the essential elements of Christian Doctrine and distinctive Baptist beliefs. You can view the BF & M by clicking on the link below.
